I didn't grow up in a chiropractic family. I didn't even know what chiropractic was until I was 20 years old — playing college soccer at Concord University — when a local chiropractor came to work with our student athletes.
That moment changed everything. I went from athlete to student to doctor. From Michigan roots to West Virginia's country roads, a Georgia peach soaking up city life, and finally Arizona — where the outdoor adventure and desert sunsets sealed the deal. I opened Adjustology because I believe every family deserves care that's rooted in the nervous system, rich with education, and delivered with zero rush and a whole lot of heart.

I didn't open Adjustology to be another name on a list of chiropractors in Scottsdale. I opened it because I believe there's a version of care that's been missing. One where you feel genuinely known, where your nervous system is treated as the master controller it actually is, and where walking out the door feels completely different than walking in.
I feel called to work with kids because they are our future. I never got chiropractic care growing up, even with being involved in everything (& I mean everything — soccer, figure skating, cross country, dance, track, softball). I can only imagine the difference it would have made in my own life! Even in college, when I was dealing with my own digestive struggles and my doctor’s advice was “to lay off the fast food” while I was vegetarian and ate very clean, chiropractic care completely resolved my hiatal hernia and GERD symptoms. That’s when I truly understood: this is so much more than neck and back pain.
And for postpartum mamas? A six week check up clearing you to workout and resume life as if everything is the same — meanwhile everything has changed. Your body, your identity, your routine, & even who you are. And the world just expects you to pick it back up as if you didn’t just have a baby. You deserve so much more than that. And that’s exactly why I’m here.
After trading in country life for the city, Dr. Paris attended Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. There she became deeply involved with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), which ignited her passion for serving families, children, and expectant mothers. During her time in school she also had the opportunity to go on a chiropractic mission trip to Dajabon, Dominican Republic, where she served underserved communities and shared the message of natural healing through chiropractic.
Dr. Paris graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University. She is certified in the Webster technique and is currently expanding her expertise in pediatrics and perinatal care through ongoing education with the ICPA. She is also certified through PX and a BIRTHFIT professional, equipping her to provide holistic, supportive care for moms from preconception through postpartum.
Before opening her own practice, Dr. Paris spent 4.5 invaluable years as an associate at IFC, a premier chiropractic office specializing in pregnancy, pediatrics and family wellness. This hands-on experience helped her deepen her skills in adjusting infants, supporting moms through every stage of motherhood, and caring for entire families through all seasons of life.
Now living in Arizona, Dr. Paris is loving the adventures and exploring what the desert has to offer When she is not in the office, you can find her hiking desert trails, attending group fitness classes, dancing the night away at concerts, thrifting, traveling to new cities, or searching for the best taco and margarita combo Phoenix has to offer.
You can see Dr. Paris' sparkle come out in her fun outfits, bold accessories, and yes — the funky earrings. (She even has disco balls wrapped around the spine in her office. Very on brand.) Her patients don't describe her as their chiropractor. They describe her as their favorite person who happens to have a doctorate. She remembers what you did over the weekend. She asks about your kids by name. She follows up on the thing you mentioned three visits ago.
Her office isn't a strict medical facility — it's a light, welcoming space where there's no judgment, and a whole lot of healing happens within these four walls. Dr. Paris feels honored to walk alongside every family in their health journey, one adjustment at a time.
