I know walking into a new office can feel like a lot. So let me take all the guesswork out of it. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you book — and why every step is intentional. You're going to love it here.

No surprises.
Just really good care.

Your Visit at Adjustology

our process

the experience

I designed this process to remove every barrier between "maybe I should try this" and walking out of here feeling heard, cared for, and already a little lighter.

From "I'm curious" to finally feeling like yourself.

How It Works

Step Four

Scheduling takes about 30 seconds online! Simply click on the button below, select the type of visit, and find a spot in the schedule that works best for you. After you book, I'll send intake forms and a welcome email so we can spend your appointment time on you — not paperwork!

Try to be thorough when completing your paperwork because it helps me know what best is going on and so I can help you. The more you share upfront, the better I can prepare a truly personalized experience before you even walk through the door.

Your First Visit

~60 Minutes · Day One

This is where we get to know each other. When you walk in, you're meeting with me — not an assistant. I'm going to sit down with you, go through your full health history, and actually listen to what's been going on. I want to know what's brought you here, what you've tried before, and, most importantly, what you want out of your care. Your goals matter to me as much as your symptoms do.

All questions are welcome here! I take the time to make sure every concern is addressed and nothing gets left on the table.

I'll perform a thorough consultation and chiropractic exam, including your INSiGHT nervous system scan, and you'll get your first adjustment right here at this visit. You will walk out feeling heard, cared for, and already a little lighter. That's a promise.

Report of Findings

~40 Minutes · Second Visit

This is where everything we learned at your first visit comes to life. I'll walk you through your INSiGHT scan results in detail (what they show, what they mean, and what's actually happening inside your nervous system). These finds are usually so impactful and this is where you go "That actually makes sense!"

From there, based on your scan findings, your exam results, and the goals you shared with me at your first visit, we build a care plan that is specific to you. You'll know exactly what we're working on, why, and what to expect along the way. A clear path forward. No guessing and absolutely no cookie-cutter plan pulled off a shelf.

Lastly, we close out your second visit with your second adjustment, which is officially the beginning of your care plan!

Ongoing Care

~15 Minutes · Every Visit

This is where the real work happens. And honestly, the real magic too. Every single visit from here is built around what your body needs that day. Some visits call for a focused adjustment and you're out feeling incredible in 15 minutes. Others, your body needs a little more. Cupping to release tension that's been building. Targeted stretching to open something up. The massage gun to work through tight muscles before we adjust. I hold space for all of it and there's no rushing you through.

If something's on your mind, bring it! A symptom that shifted, a stressful week, something you noticed at home. That information matters to your care. I'm paying attention between visits, and I want you to feel like you can say anything in here. No two adjustments look the same here because no two visits are the same. Your body is constantly adapting, responding, and changing. And so is your care!

There's no strict medical feel. No rushed appointments. No "sign here, take a number, we'll call you." This is a place where real healing happens — and where you're allowed to be fully, completely yourself.

This is not your average chiropractor's office.

Inside These Four Walls

There's a reason people text their friends about this place after their first visit. From the moment you walk in, something shifts. It's warm, it's alive, it has personality — and it immediately tells you that what's about to happen in here is different from anything you've experienced before.

  • A space that feels curated, not clinical
  • Warm lighting, good music, real conversation
  • No cold waiting room energy — you're welcomed, not processed
  • The kind of place you actually look forward to coming back to

You'll feel it before I say a word.

The Moment You Walk In

This is a judgment-free zone in the most literal sense. You don't need to minimize what you're feeling, pretend you're fine, or have the perfect words to explain what's going on. You can come in overwhelmed, exhausted, emotional, or completely unsure — and that's okay. Actually, that's exactly why you're here. I've heard it all and I mean that in the best possible way.

  • Say the thing you've been afraid to say at other offices
  • Cry if you need to. Vent if you need to. That's allowed here.
  • No shame around how long you've waited to get help
  • You'll leave feeling lighter, not just physically. but emotionally too

You don't have to have it together here.

No Performance Required

People always say they didn't expect to feel this way after a chiropractic visit. Not just physically better — though that too — but clearer. More grounded. Like something got put back in its right place, inside and out. That's what nervous system care actually does. And that's what keeps our practice members coming back, referring their families, and calling this place their own.

  • A sense of calm that follows you into the rest of your day
  • Clarity on what's happening in your body and why
  • The feeling of being genuinely known by your provider
  • Less "I just got adjusted" and more "I just got taken care of"

You'll walk out with more than just an adjustment.

Leave Different Than You Came

I've got answers.
(All of them.)

You've got questions

Yes — and I completely understand why you're asking. The pressure I use on an infant is about the same as what you'd use to check an avocado for ripeness. It's extraordinarily gentle, precisely targeted, and designed to support your baby's developing nervous system. I've adjusted babies as young as hours old. Pediatric chiropractic is one of the most evidence-backed, gentle forms of care available for newborns, especially for issues like colic, reflux, torticollis, and breastfeeding challenges. If you're still nervous, let's hop on a call before you book. I love these conversations!

This is one of the most common reasons families find their way to Adjustology! Colic, reflux, torticollis, flat spots, breastfeeding challenges, constipation, sleep struggles — these can often be traced back to tension in your baby's nervous system and spine, frequently from the birth process itself. A gentle adjustment can make a remarkable difference. I've had mamas message me the next morning saying it was the first time their baby slept peacefully in weeks. That never gets old. Book a visit and let's take a look at your little one.

Ha — this is my specialty! I've adjusted kids while they were playing with toys, crawling across the floor, eating goldfish crackers, and refusing to make eye contact. We make it work, every single time. There is no "your child was too wild for an adjustment" situation in this office. I meet kids exactly where they are because their nervous system deserves care too, even if they'd rather be running in circles. Bring them as they are. They're welcome here.

The Webster Technique was literally designed with this in mind. While I can't "flip" a baby, what I can do is reduce tension in the pelvis and uterine ligaments so your baby has more room and freedom to find their optimal position on their own. The research on Webster Technique for breech and malposition is strong, and the earlier you start, the more time we have to work with. If you've just gotten the news that your baby is breech, please don't wait. Let's get you in right away.

Booking is quick and easy through our online scheduler! Just click "Schedule Your First Visit" anywhere on the site and you'll land directly in our Jane App portal. After you book, keep an eye on your inbox. I'll send over intake forms and a welcome email so your appointment time is spent on you, not paperwork. Wear something comfortable, arrive as you are, and bring any questions you've been holding onto. That's it. We've got everything else covered.

Adjustology is a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. This is intentional. It allows me to spend the kind of time with you that insurance-driven offices simply can't — no rushed 5-minute visits, no cookie-cutter care plans designed around what insurance will cover. Your care plan is designed around you. We accept cash, card, and HSA/FSA cards. That said, I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Reach out and we can walk you through it.

It is absolutely not too late! And honestly? Postpartum mamas are some of the people who need this care the most and seek it out the least. Your body just did something extraordinary. Whether you're six weeks out or eighteen months out, your nervous system, your pelvis, and your whole body deserve to be cared for. The "mom back," the headaches, the hormonal swings, the feeling of being completely touched out by 2pm — I'm not here to tell you to push through it. I'm here to help you actually recover. You matter too, mama. Book your visit.

The whole crew is welcome — and I mean that. I see grandparents with neck tension, teenagers with growing pains, dads who "just slept wrong" for the fourth time this month, and everyone in between. Nervous system-first care benefits every body at every age. There's something really special about a family who gets adjusted together.

Fair warning though: don't be surprised if your kiddo starts adjusting their stuffed animals, baby dolls, trucks, and dinosaurs at home — or asks to play chiropractor on the regular. Some of my sweetest office moments happen when a little one brings in a favorite toy and I get to adjust it too. That's just the Paris pizazz.

This is your sign. I've got a table with your name on it.

You've been thinking about this for a while, haven't you?
